One price per headcount tier, nothing else
The service is the same in every tier: only your company’s headcount sets the price. The subscription is annual and paid when ordering.

Under the directive: a report every three years, from 7 June 2027 at 150 employees or more, from 7 June 2031 at 100 to 149.

Which tier
The one matching your headcount on the day you order. If headcount exceeds the subscribed tier, the next renewal is in the corresponding tier.
Terms in brief
- Businesses only: when ordering, you confirm you act for your business and give your VAT number.
- Prices exclude VAT. A business established in another member state with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT under reverse charge; otherwise French VAT applies.
- One-year subscription, renewed automatically; a reminder is sent before each renewal.
- No cooling-off period and no refund of the current year; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the term.
